Project Overview:
After years of damage due to salt water exposure, the metal building structure had to be condemned and torn down. The client requested a new, 40’ x 120’ metal building be installed over the existing salt water tanks as quickly as possible. Our metal building contractor put together a proposed structure based on the specifications for the original building that accounted for hurricane wind rating. A structural engineer designed the new concrete foundation and we installed it while the fabrication of the building was underway. When the foundation was complete, we erected the building. In five months we turned around a new building!
