The benefits of procuring construction through a coop include meeting state and local purchasing requirements through the cooperative purchasing agreement, and save time, and reducing administrative costs since Alpha has already been competitively procured and vetted by the cooperative.
As with direct Job Order Contracting, Alpha can be your on-call general contractor for recurring maintenance, repair, alteration, renovation, remediation or minor construction at your facility through a purchasing cooperative.
